Job Description:

 

Programme Administration & Coordination

  • Support the maintenance and organisation of data.
  • Assist with mail merge communications and coordination with external parties.

Events & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for programme-related workshops, briefings, and events.
  • Assist with programme-related event coordination, communication, attendance tracking, and preparation of materials.

General Administrative Support

  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities for programme delivery.
  • Perform other administrative duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

 

 Job requirements

 

  • A Polytechnic Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant administrative experience preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Comfortable with handling data entry and data consolidation.
  • Good organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and comfortable liaising with students, staff, and external parties via email and phone calls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel and Word.
