What You Will Be Doing

The successful candidate will manage the administrative part of the adaptive learning system, including support in email queries from instructors and students, system troubleshooting, documentation and/or help develop admin page to enhance the overall user experience for administrators, academics and students. You will work closely with the adaptive learning team and project Lead, and the school managers to support the implementation of the adaptive learning courses. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work with academics, students, and other administrative executives/managers. With the ability to multitask and attend to detail, you can handle various administrative tasks and projects efficiently within given timelines.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Able to work independently
  • Team player and possess good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with SQL and coding (e.g., Python, Django, mysql, html, css, Javascript) is an added advantage
