Job Description:

 

  • Provide administrative and operational support for Career Development programmes, events and initiatives, including the preparation of materials, registration and attendance records.
  • Support the coordination, logistics and on-site execution of career-related events, workshops, career fairs and student engagement activities.
  • Assist with student outreach and communications through email, Telegram, online platforms and other communication channels.
  • Support the administration and coordination of surveys and research-related activities, including data collection, response tracking, follow-ups and consolidation of findings.
  • Assist with data management and analysis, including data cleaning, validation, consolidation and tracking, as well as the preparation of reports, summaries and presentation slides.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Career Development’s branding, online content and communication materials across various communication channels and the website, where required.
  • Liaise with students, internal stakeholders and external parties on administrative and operational matters, where required.
  • Perform other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Creative, positive and open mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and preparing reports and presentation materials.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint),Canva, Photoshop, video editing software and other digital tools would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn and support a variety of Career Development programmes, events and initiatives.
