Job Responsibilities

• Engage with graduands and communicate key alumni benefits using the provided talking points.
• Guide graduands on activating their SUSSConnect account via the activation email.
• Promote SUSS Alumni social media platforms and Telegram channel to encourage alumni engagement.
• Perform basic data entry and ensure information is accurately recorded.
• Provide general administrative support as assigned.

Assignment Details

• Assignment Period: 17 August 2026 – 4 September 2026
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
