Communications & Marketing Temp

Job Description

  • Aggregate, curate and update new SUSS content and Interview students/staff/faculty to develop content  for website, blog, podcast, social media, staff portal and digital signages on campus
  • Troubleshoot and report bugs on staff portal
  • Support social listening and collate data analytics, competitors activities for reports and desk research
  • Coordinate orders and deliveries
  • Keep documents/photos/videos updated and organised on our Brand page and digital assets library within MySUSS
  • Maintain/update team editorial calendar and department’s archives and assets
  • Support University events
  • Online marketing tools and apps/software (e.g. Google Forms, Qualtrics, Sitefinity, Sharepoint, Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) (Preferred)
  • Basic photography/videography skills using a DSLR camera or mobile phone (Preferred)
