About The Job

SUSS International Office (INTO) is seeking a creative and resourceful candidate to support its initial setup and outreach activities. This role will assist in developing marketing and communication materials, managing social media content, and handling enquiries for INTO’s upcoming international programmes such as summer schools and short-term immersive workshops.

This position is ideal for someone who is design-oriented, and eager to contribute to building a new and dynamic international initiative at SUSS.

What You Will Be Doing

Job Responsibilities:

Design & Content Creation:

  • Develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and eDMs for INTO programmes.
  • Support the creation of visuals and content for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu).
  • Assist in curating and drafting content for web and promotional use.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to SUSS branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Digital & Web Support:

  • Support the setup and content preparation for the INTO website, including layout, copywriting, and image selection.
  • Monitor and update social media platforms, helping to boost audience engagement and visibility.

Programme Enquiries & Communication:

  • Handle incoming enquiries from potential students, agencies, and partners related to INTO’s programme offerings.
  • Maintain enquiry records and provide timely, accurate follow-up responses.
  • Support the drafting and translation of communication materials for international partners.

Administrative & Coordination Support:

  • Assist in pre-event coordination (e.g. outreach activities, info sessions, and briefing materials).
  • Provide general administrative and reporting support, including document preparation, data entry, and basic Excel tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of outputs.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 1 year of relevant working experience. Experience in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiar with social media management and content scheduling tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, creative individual with an interest in international education or outreach.
