Entrepreneurship Temp
Be part of a dynamic and purpose-driven environment where you’ll support entrepreneurship programmes and cross-office initiatives that empower aspiring founders and innovators. In this role, you’ll work closely with multiple teams to support programme operations, event administration, and marketing activities - from coordinating workshops and bootcamps to helping create engaging content and managing outreach efforts. You’ll also play a key part in communications, stakeholder coordination, and day-to-day office support, ensuring smooth delivery of programmes and initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in events, operations, and marketing within Singapore’s entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
Programme & Events Support
- Support marketing and operational needs of entrepreneurship programmes (e.g. workshops, bootcamps, courses, talks)
- Assist with event administration, including registration, attendance tracking, venue booking, and logistics coordination
- Prepare and maintain programme schedules, participant lists, and internal trackers
Marketing & Outreach Support
- Support the office’s marketing and outreach efforts for programmes and events
- Assist in content creation for marketing purposes (e.g. programme descriptions, EDMs, social media captions, simple copywriting)
- Support design and production of marketing materials, both digital and physical (e.g. posters, flyers, programme guides, signage), including coordination with designers or vendors
- Assist with website or internal platform updates (e.g. programme listings, event details)
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on marketing timelines, approvals, and deliverables
Stakeholder & Communications Coordination
- Support communications with students, programme partners, and vendors
- Assist in managing enquiries and participant communications
- Support coordination across offices and teams for joint initiatives and shared marketing efforts
General & Cross-Office Operations Support
- Support procurement and claims processing (where applicable)
- Maintain shared calendars, folders, mailing lists, and trackers
- Support data collation, reporting, and post-programme documentation
- Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day office needs
- Support ad-hoc tasks related to programmes, marketing, and office operations
Job Requirements
- Strong organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with marketing materials and basic content creation
- Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines
- Familiarity with design or content tools (e.g. Canva, basic design software, CMS, email platforms) is a plus
- Interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, or social impact is an advantage
Working Arrangement
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- On-site
- Minimum commitment till November 2026
