About The Job
Associates Management plays a critial role in operational support and engagement of SUSS Associate Faculty (AF). You will be part of a team that supports onboarding, contracting, payment administration, and service delivery for AFs across SUSS schools and departments.
What You Will Be Doing
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end processes for associate appointments, renewals, contracting and payment processing via HR Payroll or SAP HANA
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures
- Reports creation and analysis
- Support ad-hoc duties (e.g. participation in university-wide activities, minutes writing)
Job Requirements
- Degree Holder with at least 1 year or Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in the education industry, HR Payroll processes and/or finance-related work is an added advantage
- Effective interpersonal and strong communication skills
- Resourceful team player who is able to work independently, displays initiative and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
