Short Description

The Executive functions as part of the team in Centre for Experiential Learning that drives and supports the activities of its programmes, courses and events.

Job Description

  • Manage programmes and courses which involves administrative processes of courses set up, course registration and ensure the functionability of SIMS and Canvas for work processes and improvements
  • Provide exam and results support which involves course assessment and evaluation
  • Manage associate and student matters which involves administering the appointment/deployment of associate faculty and extending academic and administrative services to students
  • Provide support in CEL workshops, talks and events
  • Assist with any other tasks and duties assigned by the Director and his/her Supervisor
  • Participate in University-wide events and activities
  • Attend training and development courses relevant to work and/or personal development

Job Requirements

Academic Education

  • At least a Diploma

Training and Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in Education
  • Is able to work independently, meticulous, work under pressure. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills; and a high level of integrity
  • Strong coordination, administrative and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
