About the Job

The successful candidate will provide support for the programmes/courses offered by Core Learning and carry out the general administrative duties.

What You Will be Doing

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide support in the administration of the programmes / courses offered by the department.
• Manage vendors and payment matters.
• Handles students’ enquiries.
• General administrative duties such as collation of data, preparation of reports, information updates.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline, with at least 2 years of working experience 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure 

• Mature, meticulous and possesses a high level of discretion and integrity 

• Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
