About The Job
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual support operations for our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless administrative processes and exceptional student experiences.
The incumbent can look forward to the opportunity to contribute towards shaping and optimizing operational processes impacting student success, and to a collaborative and dynamic work environment fostering professional growth.
What You Will Be Doing
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end curriculum operations including academic approvals, curriculum maintenance, and pre-enrolment activities such as course registration setup and quota management. Ensure precision, policy compliance, and timely resolution of issues across all curriculum cycles.
- Coordinate and maintain efficient curriculum-related operational processes to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and compliance with institutional standards. Identify process gaps and support continuous refinement of workflows and SOPs.
- Act as the key operational liaison between stakeholders (academic units, student services, registrar functions) where applicable. Ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely resolution of curriculum-related matters.
- Respond to student enquiries related to curriculum, registration, and academic processes in a timely and professional manner. Handle both routine and escalated cases to ensure a positive and consistent student experience.
- Prepare accurate reports, statistics, and dashboards for internal and management reporting needs. Ensure data integrity and respond to ad-hoc data requests with validated outputs.
- Identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation within curriculum operations and support implementation initiatives. Document processes, maintain SOPs, and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Support UAT, pilot testing, and validation of system enhancements, including curriculum systems and related platforms. Assist in data migration and ensure readiness of systems prior to production rollout.
- Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and workflow documentation for staff and students. Support onboarding and training activities to ensure effective adoption of systems and processes.
- Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with the University’s work and service standards.
- Contribute proactively to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation efforts within the team.
- Support audit, compliance, and governance activities related to curriculum operations and systems.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and institutional initiatives as required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Curriculum Administration, or senior leadership.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability.
- IT-savvy, with the ability to adapt quickly to digital tools and new systems.
- Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Highly organised with strong planning and execution skills.
- Adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing priorities and evolving operational needs.
