The role involves supporting the smooth running of our undergraduate and postgraduate programs, ensuring seamless administrative processes and exceptional student experiences. What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize Operations: Coordinate and maintain efficient processes for departmental operations, ensuring effectiveness and compliance with established standards.
  • Stakeholder: Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration on assessment-related administrative matters.
  • Student Support: Respond promptly to student inquiries, providing comprehensive solutions and fostering a supportive environment that promotes student success.
  • Documentation Improvement: Continuously document and enhance workflow procedures for departmental activities, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assignment Management: Handle student assignment appeals and investigate cases of academic dishonesty with diligence and fairness.
  • Examination Logistics: Prepare logistics for examinations, including invigilation, script distribution, final grade appeals, and Pass/Fail conversion applications.
  • Training Material Development: Create detailed guides, FAQs, and workflows for internal staff and students to facilitate the understanding and use of new systems.
  • System Testing and Support: System Testing and Support: Support data migration and conduct pilot testing for new system functionalities, resolving major issues to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Provide support to the Senior Manager of Examination Administration and undertake any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Academic Education

  • Degree/Diploma holder
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
