About The Job

SUSS is redesigning how we identify, develop, and support talent across the university. This role sits at the heart of Human Capital Development, where you will design meaningful learning materials, shape development, and bring fresh perspectives into our talent framework. We are seeking a thoughtful, curious individual who is passionate about making a difference and shaping how our people learn and grow. 

What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsiblities:

  • Create capability-building content: Curate and design learning content, ensuring they are informative yet easy-to understand. This includes bite-sized learning, microlearning, infographics, checklists and short video content.
  • Support leadership development journeys: Co-organise flagship multi-month programmes for managers and directors, including coaching, profiling, 360 feedback, mentoring.
  • Gather and translate people insights: Collate and analyse data, feedback, facilitation insights to inform decisions on succession, leadership potential, readiness and development needs.
  • Organise signature moments: Shape and organise touchpoints such as welcome briefings, mentoring onboarding, project sponsor engagements, and post-programme showcases.
  • Make learning easier and accessible: Curate e-learning pathways for skills identified in SUSS Competency Framework, ensuring learners can navigate their development with clarity.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in any discipline.
  • Passion for designing adult learning experiences and the ability to connect them across the broader talent pipeline.
  • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a growth-oriented, experimental mindset.
  • Comfort working with data, crafting clear narratives, and writing effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
  • Proactive initiative, follow-through, and a sense of ownership.
  • Experience in L&D, HR, UI/UX, or related areas will be an advantage (not a requirement).
