About the Job

Supports the smooth day-to-day operations through coordination with the Intergated Facilities Management (IFM) service provider, conduct property inspections, attend to customer feedback and drive green building initiatives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

Campus Operations and Maintenance

  • Supervise the operations and maintenance activities of the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service provider to ensure safe and functional built environment within the University campuses.
  • Communicate with the IFM service provider and specialist contractors to provide timely follow up to users’ requests and feedback.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure that maintenance works are carried out in timely manner and complies with quality standards.
  • Prepare monthly reports on maintenance works, equipment performance trend, service quality and users’ feedback. Support data-driven initiatives such as performance tracking, trend analysis, and service benchmarking.
  • Track renewal of regulatory licenses and certification.
  • Participate in process improvements, digitalisation, and smart technology initiatives where applicable. 

 

Sustainability & Resource Conservation

  • Analyse environmental sustainability performance data from the Facility Management System (FMS) to identify opportunities for improving sustainability.
  • Collaborate with sustainability unit to drive green building initiatives. 

Job Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma Holder in Engineering, Estates or Facilities Management or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant working experiences.
  • Resourceful team player and leader with a lot of initiatives.
  • Meticulous and passionate to drive innovative changes.
  • Highly independent and possess good time management.
  • Pleasant disposition with a high level of integrity and work ethics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
  • Familiar with most Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD, BIM.
