About The Job

The shortlisted candidate will work with the the Asst Director and Senior Manager of Procurement (Finance Business Partnership) by providing efficient and effective administrative support to the department. Candidate will play a crucial role in implementing a Source-to-Pay system, supporting daily procurement activities, and ensuring compliance with SUSS policies

What You Will be Doing

Key Responsibilities: 

Source-to-Pay System Implementation: 

  • Project Management: Track project status, collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, and maintain project timelines.
  • Training & Support: Conduct end-user training sessions and develop training materials, FAQs, and SOPs.
  • Intranet/ Intranet Management: Update intranet and intranet content with training guides and process flow diagrams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison, manage feedback, and maintain approval hierarchies.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support testing activities, document results, and manage issue resolution.
  • Data Migration: Ensure data accuracy, maintain records, and coordinate with stakeholders.

 

Daily Procurement Activities: 

  • Assisting with the tender administration process to post sourcing opportunities, facilitating communication with suppliers and compilation of submission etc. 
  • Prepare contractual documents and maintain audit-ready records.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation to support both internal and external audits.
  • Performs any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ working experience or a diploma/degree in relevant discipline, preferably 1-2 years working experience within the Procurement function
  • Preferably with Hands-on experience with e-procurement systems and SAP S/4 Hana MM module. 
  • Mature, meticulous and possess a high level of discretion and integrity
  • Excellent Documentation and Organization Skills
  • Able to multi-task effectively and possess project management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
