About The Job

The role supports the SA Senior Manager in managing operational matters related to undergraduate admissions, including application processing, student selection, and admissions decisions. It also involves handling credit exemption and transfer processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of applications, maintaining admissions systems, and supporting updates to admissions-related website content. The role includes other related administrative and operational duties as assigned.

What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support SA Senior Manager in managing planning and administrative operations for the department
  • Manage end-to-end admissions process, including applications, course offers, and appeals, ensuring policy compliance
  • Monitor offer acceptance and payment status of applicants
  • Maintain accurate admissions statistics
  • Prepare management and ad-hoc reports, including admissions analysis for stakeholders 
  • Manage credit transfer and exemption processes, including appeals
  • Liaise with Campus IT Services on admissions systems enhancements and IT projects
  • Support university outreach activities as assigned
  • Participate in university-wide events 
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Polytechnic Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or administrative roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and PC literate
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pleasant disposition with strong customer service orientation
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently and take initiative
  • Resourceful, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail, discretion, and integrity
