About the Job
The successful candidate will support the Director and Assistant Director at the Centre of Excellence for Social Good by providing efficient and effective administrative support.
What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for events and training, covering venue, catering, and materials.
- Create and disseminate publicity content (eDMs, social media posts).
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, expenses, and training evaluations.
- Liaise with Volunteer Centres, community partners, and internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communications, or related field
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Qualtrics and Canva; basic design skills an advantage
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Meticulous and able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong multitasking and project management abilities
- Good interpersonal skills
