What You Will Be Doing

The successful candidate will administer and manage SUSS's academic courses and support examination activities.

 

The candidate will work closely with the Heads of Programme, admin leads and the school manager to oversee degree courses. He/she must possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work with academics, students, and other administrative executives. He/she is expected to multitask with attention to detail in order to handle various course administrative tasks efficiently within given timelines. The following are duties that the successful candidate is expected to perform but not limited to: 

  • Manage assigned courses
  • Support examination and assessment related matters including liaison with teaching associates, formatting assessment papers and processing course results
  • Oversee contract renewal, appointment and deployment of instructors, writers, markers, etc.
  • Attend to queries from teaching associates and students
  • May be required to assist with procurement and payment matters for the programmes 
  • Support school events such as symposiums, Student Orientation and Open House
  • General administrative duties such as collation of data and information updates
  • Proper documentation and filing to prepare for internal and external audits

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Mature, meticulous and possess high level of ethics and integrity
  • Effective interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English
  • Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
