Job Description

  • Support programmes, projects and workshops and liaise with external partners and government agencies on course and programme related matters
  • Work with faculty members to coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of certification programmes and projects.
  • Liaise with internal departments on course and workshop logistics and schedules
  • Coordinate student recruitment activities, interviews and roadshows/exhibitions
  • Support examination and assessment related matters including liaison with programme/external examiners/associate faculties/supervisors, Heads of Programme and Examination Administration Department
  • Liaise with course writers and developers on course development matters
  • Assist with programme, project and workshop related budgeting matters
  • General administrative duties such as collation of data, preparation of reports, information updates

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with 1-3 years relevant working experience
  • Mature, meticulous and possess high level of discretion and integrity
  • Good project management skills
  • Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
