Job Description
- Support programmes, projects and workshops and liaise with external partners and government agencies on course and programme related matters
- Work with faculty members to coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of certification programmes and projects.
- Liaise with internal departments on course and workshop logistics and schedules
- Coordinate student recruitment activities, interviews and roadshows/exhibitions
- Support examination and assessment related matters including liaison with programme/external examiners/associate faculties/supervisors, Heads of Programme and Examination Administration Department
- Liaise with course writers and developers on course development matters
- Assist with programme, project and workshop related budgeting matters
- General administrative duties such as collation of data, preparation of reports, information updates
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with 1-3 years relevant working experience
- Mature, meticulous and possess high level of discretion and integrity
- Good project management skills
- Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
