Job Description

  • Provide administrative management of assigned programme(s), overseeing administrative processes, student matters and programme events
  • Work closely with stakeholders on the office website update and publicity outreach.
  • Ensure contents and materials are up-to-date.
  • To do postings on social media and sending of newsletters to students, when required.
  • Ensure all incoming enquiries from students and external stakeholders are duly answered within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of CDO work scope and be able to direct enquiries to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage the end-to-end programmes process.
  • Represent CDO to support the department-level events.
  • Create and maintain SOP on administrative matters for the purpose of Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
  • Support events with large number of attendees, if required
  • Assist in other tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Degree with 2 years of working experience 
  • Excellent administrative experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, which include Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Basic Marketing and Publicity experience is preferred, but not necessary.
