Job Description
- Manage end-to-end logistics matters for on-site and online events (e.g. registration, booking of Seminar Rooms (SRs), Catering, name tags, etc.), Peer Mentoring Programmes
- Support administrative matters on programmes in partnership with external organisations
- Assist in funding and training grants for students
- Cover for CDO Marketing matters such as newsletter or posting of opportunities on publicity channels, when required
- Ensure all incoming enquiries from students and external stakeholders are duly answered within the stipulated timeframe.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of CDO work scope and be able to direct enquiries to relevant stakeholders
- Manage the CDO meeting logistics matters such as booking of meeting rooms, calendar invites.
- Represent CDO to manage the department-level events such as lunch and etc
- Assist in the pre and post implementation of new system or process
- Create and maintain SOP on administrative matters for the purpose of Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
- Assist in other tasks assigned such as Inter-AUs surveys
Job Requirements
- Excellent administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities at one time
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, which include Word, Power Point and Excel
