About the Job

We are seeking a motivated Executive / Senior Executive to support the design, development, and implementation of digital and AI-enabled solutions within the Learning Services SPU. This role focuses on hands-on development, system integration, and working with stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions for learning and assessment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain web-based and AI-enabled applications
  • Support full-stack development (frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud deployment)
  • Assist in implementing AI-driven learning and assessment solutions (e.g., GenAI, RAG)
  • Ensure basic cybersecurity practices, data governance, and system reliability
  • Work with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions
  • Coordinate with vendors and support system integration and deployment
  • Document system architecture, workflows, and technical specifications

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in software development (full-stack preferred)
  • Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and basic AI/ML concepts
  • Experience with APIs, databases, and version control (e.g., Git)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
