Job Description

The Project Executive will be responsible for the general administration of project-related operations, execution of activities and research support. This role involves managing timelines, supporting data collection, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage general administration tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, presentations, and handling procurement processes.
  • Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project goals and provide updates during meetings.
  • Assist in data collection and literature review 
  • Maintain accurate records of training, participant attendance, and programme feedback.
  • Support administrative needs, including organising materials for meetings and events, tracking project milestones, and ensuring proper record-keeping.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications, preferably in office administration or project management.
  • At least 2 years of working experience, with some exposure to project administration and support.
  • Strong interest in eldercare. 
  • Excellent coordination, administrative, and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, manage time efficiently, and demonstrate resourcefulness.
  • Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a high level of IT literacy.
