What You Will Be Doing

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with faculty on ongoing community research projects, managing student activities, events, and conferences for the school, with a primary focus on the Early Childhood programme. This role requires close collaboration with the Head of Programme, the school manager, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth planning and execution of these projects/events.

 

Additionally, you will assist with the school’s social media initiatives, including content creation and engagement with the online community.

 

To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with academics, students, and administrative staff. You should be capable of multitasking, attentive to detail, and adept at managing multiple projects and tasks efficiently within tight deadlines.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline
  • 3 to 5 years’ relevant working experience
  • Able to work independently
  • Team player and possess good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in the use of e-learning and multimedia technology is an added advantage
