Job Description

The shortlisted candidate will work closely with Schools and Departments to develop courses which will provide the best learning experience for our students, enabling them to learn anytime, anywhere and on any device. Flexible to meet the demands of our growing organisation. To provide course development supports to the Schools and Departments in a professional and timely manner.

Course Development

  • Works with course developers to ensure compliance with guidelines on course development
  • Tracks development processes to ensure timely completion
  • Produces interactive digital Study Guides and chunks

 

General Office Management

  • Manages the ETP and clipart libraries
  • Raises purchase orders of multimedia-related hardware/ software
  • Updates the software inventory list
  • Participates in university-wide activities e.g. Open House, Student Orientation
  • Performs other duties or functions as necessary or assigned by Director [ETP]

 

Learning Services Projects

  • Designs marketing collaterals, user interface, layout design etc
  • Tests the online system and mobile apps
  • Provides on job training to the team
Job Requirements
  • Degree Holder in any discipline
  • 5 years in administration / multimedia / IT or related fields
  • Good communication and Project manager skills
