About The Job
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive/Senior Executive. In this role, you will work closely with the School Manager to manage the school’s marketing and social media operations and support academic programme administration.
The candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate’s proficiency in multitasking and attention to details will enable him/her to efficiently manage diverse tasks and projects within specified timelines.
What You Will Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
Branding and Social Media Support
- Manage the school’s social media presence across key platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Create, schedule and publish engaging written and visual on-brand content that resonates with target audience
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and online feedback, and highlight key issues or improvement areas.
- Work with internal stakeholders to align social media efforts with broader University’s publicity campaigns.
- Ensure all content adhere to University’s brand guidelines, tone and visual identity.
Publicity and Events Support
- Support the coordination and delivery of school-wide events, including workshops, seminars and symposiums.
- Assist with the preparation of basic promotional materials such as EDMs, flyers, and digital assets.
- Prepare written content for posts or reports
- Support event operations, including basic technical and logistical arrangements.
Programme Administration Support
- Coordinate the implementation of academic courses, ensuring smooth delivery from planning to execution.
- Support assessment-related processes, including formatting examination papers, processing course results, and managing assessment processes
- Liaise with faculty, students, handling academic queries and administrative requests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communications/Media/Marketing or related discipline) with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a social media marketing or digital marketing role
- Proficient in the use of major social media platforms, including Linkedin, Instagram
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and on-brand content.
- Proven experience in social media content creation, scheduling, and analysis.
- Familiarity with social media management and graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, capable of working independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
