Short Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Executive/ Senior Executive. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Programme and School Manager to manage academic programme administration and provide technical/e-learning support for the school.

The candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work with academics, students, and other administrative staff. The candidate’s proficiency in multitasking and attention to details will enable him/her to efficiently manage diverse tasks and projects within specified timelines.

Job Description

As part of the team, you will be responsible for the following tasks, including but not limited to:

1. Programme Administration

  • Coordinate the implementation of academic courses, ensuring smooth delivery from planning to execution.
  • Support assessment-related processes, including formatting examination papers, processing course results, and managing assessment processes
  • Liaise with faculty, students, handling academic queries and administrative requests.

2. Technical Support & E-learning System Administration

  • Provide technical support for e-learning platforms and Learning Management System (LMS)-related tasks.
  • Assist faculty in utilizing e-learning tools effectively
  • Maintain and update academic programme content on university systems and websites.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the maintenance and proper functioning of hardware, including video cameras and voice recorders.

3. Event Support

  • Support school-wide events such as student orientation, open house, and symposiums by coordinating technical requirements.
  • Manage the school’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Assist in creating basic promotional materials, including EDMs, flyers, and digital assets for school events and initiatives
  • Take charge of video recording and editing for university presentations and school events

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communications/ IT/Multimedia) with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Tech-savvy and resourceful, with experience in IT support and LMS/e-learning platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with multimedia, web authoring and e-learning tools is required. Basic knowledge of html and xml is essential.
  • Familiarity with social media management and graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred.
