We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a focus on talent management and project management to join out team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our talent stratgey, driving HR initiatives and projects, and ensuring seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor HR projects related to talent management, recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
  • Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for questions related to the HR projects

Talent Management

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies and programmes.
  • Identify and assess the organization's talent needs.
  • Create career development plans for employees.
  • Manage succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management

  • Facilitate the collaboration between different stakeholders (within HR/ outside of HR), while ensuring smooth transitions during the change and implementation.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and manage change effectively.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on HR-related initiatives and outcomes.  
  • Ensure all relevant parties are aware of project scope, progress, and milestones.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in project management, specifically within HR.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and talent development best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
