Short Description

What You Will Be Doing

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing marketing collaterals, developing the outreach strategies and activities, and supporting enquiries and lead conversion, to achieve the university’s graduate student recruitment objectives and targets. 
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.    Marketing Collateral Development
•     Create high-quality marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, videos) and digital marketing content (social media posts) for fairs, events and digital engagement 
•    Maintain, update and optimise websites (Chinese and English required) 
•    Strategise and implement content messages for videos 
2. B2B Marketing & Events
•    Manage institutional stakeholders to maximise impact of outreach events 
•    Host international visitors, overseeing the presentations of the programme offerings
•    Lead the overseas outreach events and education fairs
•    Conduct online and offline engagement sessions with external stakeholders
3. Social Media Communication 
•    Create content suitable for various social media platforms (Chinese and English required)
•    Monitor and maximise social media engagement across channels
•    Optimise content strategy through data analysis 
4. Lead Generation and Conversion  
•    Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in student recruitment
•    Support the admissions exercise such as responding to enquiries
•    Follow up leads generated from various channels  
•    Develop email marketing campaign for lead generation

Job Requirements

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • A degree from a recognized university, preferably in marketing or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in admissions and student recruitment, or at least 2 years of digital marketing and social media marketing
  • Proficiency in Chinese is preferred
  • A good understanding of the educational landscape of local and regional graduate studies and students’ preference
  • Strong marketing skills, as well as image and video editing skills
  • Experience in using various social media platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player, problem-solver and multi-tasker
  • Good analytical and customer service skills
  • Able to occasionally work late
  • Able to travel overseas
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
