Learning Support Specialist ( 1 year contract)

Job Description


We are looking for a Project Manager to support functions involved in providing learning support to SUSS students. The Project Manager (Learning Support) will be expected to:

  • Conduct literature review involving learning support
  • Manage processes involved in learning support research
  • Assist in learning support programme evaluation and dashboard
  • Assist in new learning support initiative implementation


Job Requirements


  1. Minimum qualification - Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline (e.g. Education, Psychology), with course credit in capstone/applied projects.
  2. Interested in learning support.
  3. Has experience in conducting research.
  4. Has experience with basic statistical analyses and is willing to learn advanced techniques.
  5. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
  6. Able to work independently.
  7. A collaborative and collegial approach to work.
