Learning Support Specialist ( 1 year contract)

What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for a Learning Support Specialist to support functions involved in learning support research. The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Conduct literature review involving learning support
• Manage processes involved in learning support research
• Assist in learning support programme evaluation and dashboard
• Assist in new learning support initiative implementation
• Assist in the planning and execution of ad-hoc events and activities organised by the Teaching & Learning Centre (e.g. conferences, workshops, seminars). 

Job Requirements

Below are basic requirements: 

1. Minimum qualification - Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline (e.g. Education, Psychology), with course credit in capstone/applied projects. Candidates with postgraduate qualification in the relevant discipline will be favourably considered.
2. Interested in learning support.
3. Has experience in conducting research.
4. Has experience with qualitative research methods
5. Has experience with basic statistical analyses and is willing to learn advanced techniques
6. Able to work independently.
7. A collaborative and collegial approach to work.
