About The Job
The Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) at SUSS administers the Training and Adult Educator Professional Pathway (TAEPP), a national initiative supported by SkillsFuture Singapore. TAEPP is dedicated to raising the standards and professionalism of Singapore’s Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector. Through the National Adult Educator Registry, TAEPP supports Singapore’s adult educators who deliver SSG-supported training by upholding rigorous quality assurance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering continuous professional development. The roles within this team are pivotal in driving the effective operation of the registry, aligning policies, and engaging stakeholders to maintain service excellence and advance the strategic objectives of the sector.
What You Will Be Doing
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare internal reports and documentation for policy changes and registry updates.
- Support internal communications and ensure alignment with TAEPP objectives.
- Assist with tracking and implementing policy updates and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for reporting and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support for stakeholder engagement and registry operations.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in policy support, administration, or stakeholder engagement.
- Strong writing and documentation skills.
- Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and sector best practices.
