Short Description
As the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager within our HR team, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our C&B and Performance Management frameworks, lead initiatives to review and refine existing policies, procedures, and programmes, ensuring they align with business needs and market best practices. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic projects from design to implementation, working in close collaboration with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to develop total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Job Description
The successful candidate will support the Senior Manager in overseeing and driving assigned projects and functions, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the department.
- Overseeing all Compensation & Benefits matters, including performance management, annual salary and bonus reviews, and promotion cycles.
- Managing the full spectrum of employee benefits programs, such as insurance plans, wellness initiatives, leave policies, and other employee offerings—ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
- Designing, reviewing, and implementing C&B-related policies, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support operational excellence.
- Acting as the subject matter expert on Compensation & Benefits, providing strategic advice and guidance to HR Business Partners and key stakeholders across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a solid understanding of C&B frameworks and best practices.
- Up to date with current HR practices, market trends, and relevant employment legislation.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills with a meticulous and structured approach.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to engage and influence key stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced in using SAP SuccessFactors.
