About the Job

The Manager/Senior Manager (External Relations) will be instrumental in advancing the strategic goals of the External Relations (ER) team by delivering high-impact consultancy projects, driving process automation, and supporting the growth of the Intercontinental Alliance for Integrated Care (IAIC), alongside other strategic initiatives. This role combines operational leadership with strategic vision, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of ER operations while positioning SUSS as a thought leader in integrated care.

The appointee will manage end-to-end consultancy projects, lead automation initiatives to optimise workflows, and coordinate IAIC activities with global stakeholders. They will also contribute to the production of impactful thought leadership outputs, including white papers and reports, to enhance SUSS’ reputation in consultancy and integrated care. International travel will be required to support global initiatives and foster international partnerships.

What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultancy: Lead and deliver high-quality consultancy projects, including engaging clients to understand needs and to design tailored solutions.
  • Process Automation and Optimisation: Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline workflows, improving operational efficiency and accuracy in areas such as contract management, project tracking and events coordination.
  • IAIC Strategic Coordination: Manage and coordinate global IAIC related activities, including global engagement, strategic planning, and facilitate cross-disciplinary collaborations to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to the creation and production of high-quality publications, such as white papers and reports, derived from consultancy and IAIC projects to enhance SUSS’ reputation and influence.
  • Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned to support the goals and objectives of the External Relations team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Learning and Training Development; a master’s degree would be advantageous. Candidates with substantial professional experience in lieu of a degree in a specific field will also be considered, particularly those with demonstrated expertise in consultancy, project management, and process optimisation.
  • Proven and demonstrated experience in consultancy, project management, and process automation/optimisation.
  • Strong project and resource management skills to handle the work demands and deliver high quality work within the given timelines.
  • Strong acumen in problem solving, critical thinking, logical/analytical, and process improvement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High learning agility, be able to work under time pressure, and be highly adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in cross-cultural and international collaboration settings is highly desirable.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
