Officer/Senior Officer (1 Year Contract), Student Support

Job Description

The shortlisted candidate will work with the Manager and Executive of Student Support to primarily handle student enquiries (calls, emails and walk-ins). You will be required to assist in in organising university wide events and activities to promote student engagement from time to time.

Job Requirements

•    Diploma holders with minimum 3 years of working experience or Fresh Degree holders with a positive working  attitude 
•    Experience in Call Centre/ Customer service 
•    Good customer service and interpersonal skills
•    Mature, meticulous and possess a high level of discretion and integrity
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills
•    Able to work shift hours: 10.30am to 7.30pm, Mondays to Fridays
•    Able to commit in overtime work when required and during Peak periods of the University calendar
