Officer/Senior Officer, Student Support (1 year contract)

Job Description

The shortlisted candidate will work with the Manager and Executive of Student Support to primarily handle student enquiries (calls, emails and walk-ins). You will be required to assist in in organising university wide events and activities to promote student engagement from time to time.

Job Requirements

•    Diploma holders with minimum 3 years of working experience or Degree holders with 1-2 years of working experience
•    Experience in Call Centre/ Customer service 
•    Good customer service and interpersonal skills
•    Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
•    Mature, meticulous and possess a high level of discretion and integrity
•    Able to multi-task and possess project management skills
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office applications 
•    Knowledge of design software such as Abobe photoshop and Illustrator will be an advantage.
