Officer/Senior Officer (Events), Student Support (1 year contract)

Job Description

The shortlisted candidate will work with the Manager and Executive of Student Support primarily to organise university wide events and activities to promote student engagement. You may be required to assist in handling student enquiries from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holders with minimum 3 years of working experience or Degree holders with 1-2 years of working experience
  • Have experience in events management and designing publicity materials
  • Able to write and develop content for social media
  •  Possess good interpersonal skills and enjoys interacting with others
  • Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
  • Mature, meticulous and possess a high level of discretion and integrity
  • Able to multi-task and possess project management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and design software such as Abobe photoshop and Illustrator is preferred
  • Customer service experience will be an advantage
