SUSS Teaching & Learning Centre (TLC) is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Outreach and Partnership Temp Staff to assist with building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders including students, lecturers, vendors, Schools/Centres, departments, and partners. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, marketing, and communication.
Job Responsibilities:

Social Media:

Edit/curate posts suitable for social media and targeted audiences, and to increase engagement.

Social media monitoring.

Design/Content Creation Support:
-
Assist in the design and development of marketing materials such as posters, electronic direct mails (eDMs), social media postings, biennial report, etc.

Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely delivery of design assets.

Department Liaison:
-
Serve as a support contact for communication between TLC and other internal stakeholders.

Help facilitate collaboration to ensure smooth project workflows.

Administrative Assistance:
o Provide administrative/logistics support and tracking project timelines for outreach and partnerships initiatives, including for online and on-site events/conferences, minutes taking etc.

Video Production Project Assistance:
o Assist in liaising with the video production company to ensure a smooth production flow.
o Suggest video ideas and themes.
o Liaise with the video’s stakeholders and coordinate the interview schedule.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Organisational skills with an eye for detail.

Familiar with Microsoft Suite, Photoshop, Canva, video editing software and other tools, preferred.
