What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with CESG management and project leads to drive the documentation and amplification of CESG's projects and initiatives through communications, logistical, administrative and other functions
  • Manage CESG's projects, including overseeing project records and claims, liaison with project stakeholders, and general administrative support
  • Conceptualise and execute media outreach, involving managing the CESG webpage, content creation and production of media outputs/collaterals suitable for different audiences
  • Events planning for public engagement
  • Support CESG’s evidence-based projects, such as in conducting literature review, surveys and simple data analysis
  • Prepare reports and slides for presentations
  • Provide cross-functional support in CESG and SUSS activities

Job Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years' work experience
  • Bachelor's degree with practical experience in media communications and analytics
  • Interested and skilled in the production and management of impactful content (editorial, visual and video) for different platforms and audiences
  • Prior experience in project/account management and administration
  • Able to effectively manage multiple projects, tasks and deadlines – prior experience in project and resource management
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team to achieve desired programme results
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills suited to different audiences
  • Takes initiative and good at problem-solving
  • Meticulous and responsible, especially in producing high-quality work
  • Prior experience in research and evidence-based community work is an advantage
