What You Will Be Doing
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with CESG leadership and project leads to drive CESG's evidence-based projects from development and implementation to reporting and communication phases.
- Manage CESG's research and evidence-based projects, including project administration, research design, literature review, data collection and analysis, documentation, reporting, and post-project engagement
- Develop, support and/or co-lead new projects relating to CESG's strategic priorities
- Plan and coordinate community outreach and advocacy activities
- Provide cross-functional support in CESG and SUSS activities
Job Requirements
- At least 3-5 years' work experience
- Graduate degree with strong people, administrative and logistics skills
- Prior experience in social science research and/or evidence-informed community-based projects
- Good research and analytical skills, with field experience and familiarity with methodological approaches and data analysis
- Able to effectively manage multiple projects, tasks and deadlines - prior experience in project and resource management
- Able to work collaboratively in a team to achieve desired programme results
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills suited to different audiences
- Takes initiative and good at problem-solving
- Meticulous and responsible, especially in producing high-quality work
- Prior experience in event planning and communications is an advantage
