What You Will Be Doing
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the project, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports/presentations, and managing procurement processes.
- Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
- Liaise with internal departments and community partners for implementation and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and programme feedback.
- Organise and support logistics for stakeholder meetings, workshops, and public engagement events.
- Track project milestones, prepare documentation for reporting, and ensure good record-keeping practices.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support the research and community engagement efforts.
Job Requirements
- A recognised degree or diploma, preferably in social sciences, gerontology, public health, psychology, or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, particularly in project administration or event support.
- Strong interest in eldercare, ageing, and/or community-based research.
- Excellent coordination, administrative, and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to dynamic project needs.
- Good writing, communication, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like NVivo, SPSS, or Qualtrics is an advanced
