What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Officer to support the general administration and coordination of project-related operations. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth execution of activities, manage documentation, and work closely with both internal teams and external partners to meet project objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and managing procurement processes.
  • Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support project outcomes and provide regular updates during meetings.
  • Develop and update platforms to share project efforts and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of administrative processes and maintain related documentation to support continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for audits, reports, and submission requirements.
  • Keep detailed records of training sessions, participant attendance, and programme feedback.
  • Support logistical needs, including organising materials for events and meetings, tracking milestones, and maintaining project records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • A relevant qualification, preferably in office administration or project management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, including some exposure to project coordination or management.
  • Strong interest in reminiscence facilitation and eldercare (will be given priority).
  • Excellent administrative, organisational, and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a high level of IT literacy.
