Research Fellow (1 year contract)

The Singapore University of Social Sciences invites suitable applications for the position of Research Fellow on a 12-month contract at the Teaching & Learning Centre (TLC). Anchored in SUSS’ Andragogy for Impact strategy, TLC drives leadership in impactful andragogical research to shape innovative and evidence-based practices in adult learning.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct meta-literature reviews and pilot studies
• Develop research frameworks and methodologies for pilot studies
• Data and project management
• Develop high-quality grant proposals
• Publication and report writing
• Support collaboration across multiple research teams
• Other research-related tasks as assigned by the Principal Investigator

Job Requirements

• Possess a doctoral (PhD or EdD) degree in Education, Adult Learning, or equivalent
• Prior experience in research related to education and/or adult learning
• Experience with quantitative and/or qualitative research methods
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and work flexibly, as part of a team, as well as independently with minimum supervision
