Senior Project Coordinator

What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects under the Ngee Ann KongSi Social Impact Hub (GeronEngege/GeronTech Pillars) 
• Conduct applied research related to ageing and health

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or related field, preferably in the field of gerontology/marketing.

• Strong understanding of issues related to aging, health promotion, and community resources for older adults.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with older adults, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and community partners.

• Experience in grant writing, budget management, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and partnership building.
• Knowledge of relevant policies, regulations, and best practices in the field of gerontology.
• Certification in gerontology or related field is a plus.
