About The Job
The Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) at SUSS administers the Training and Adult Educator Professional Pathway (TAEPP), a national initiative supported by SkillsFuture Singapore. TAEPP is dedicated to raising the standards and professionalism of Singapore’s Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector. Through the National Adult Educator Registry, TAEPP supports Singapore’s adult educators who deliver SSG-supported training by upholding rigorous quality assurance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering continuous professional development. This role manages the day-to-day registry operations to ensure timely processing, consistent case handling, strong data integrity, and a reliable service experience for stakeholders.
What You Will Be Doing
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end registry processing operations (registrations/renewals), ensuring consistent application of requirements and compliance with TAEPP standards.
- Establish and monitor data quality controls (validation checks, reconciliations, periodic reviews) to maintain integrity of the registry database.
- Manage frontline service delivery (query handling, case management), including triage, coaching, and consistent responses for stakeholders.
- Coordinate operational readiness for onboarding/migration activities and maintain up-to-date operational documentation.
- Plan resources and manage queues during peak cycles; identify root causes of recurring issues and drive process improvements to reduce rework and improve turnaround time.
- Set, track and meet service standards (turnaround times); oversee exception handling and escalate complex/policy-sensitive cases as needed.
- Ensure audit-ready documentation and governance for key decisions and exceptions; conduct periodic quality reviews.
- Ensure personal data-handling compliance across registry operations (confidentiality, access controls, secure recordkeeping)
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder with at least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of registry systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience in customer service, shared services, and/or operations support environment.
- Strong Excel skills for data checking and reporting; experience with case/ticketing systems is an advantage.
The successful appointee will be based in IAL Campus located at Lifelong Learning Institute next to Paya Lebar MRT station.
