Senior Executive (Compensation & Benefits)

Job Description
- Involved in the development of competitive compensation and benefits packages that are in compliance with governmental regulations. Support in the review of compensation, benefits and performance management policies, procedures and communication materials.
- Support the administration of the Compensation, Benefits and Performance Management policies.
- Assist in the administration of bonuses, annual adjustments and promotion increments.
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys. Support in the planning and review of compensation & benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
- Administer the University’s benefits programmes.
- Administer the performance management and claims system.
- Manage the employee benefits insurance renewal, from handling tender process to coordinating staff communication sessions and managing the enrolment.
- Research and analyse information on compensation statistics, market sentiments and economic indicators to support C&B strategies and initiatives.
- Provide advisory to managers, staff and HR Business partners on Compensation, Benefits and Performance Management related queries.
Job Requirements
Academic Education and Experience
- Degree qualification, major in HR/Economics/Statistics preferred
- 3 - 5 years of HR experience as a C&B specialist preferred
- Ability to analyse business requirements and possess general understanding of HR and integrate knowledge into HR policies, procedures and programmes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
