Short Description

This role provides support for a range of HRIS activities, including data uploads, user acceptance testing (UAT), and first-level system support. The position also offers opportunities to contribute to process improvement initiatives beyond core HR systems, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and data analytics projects.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the SuccessFactors (SF) system
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of system documentation, including user guides and training materials
  • Assist in data extraction, reporting, and analytics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in support of HR initiatives
  • Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system enhancements and ensure functionality meets business requirements
  • Perform data preparation and validation for system uploads and migrations
  • Monitor daily system integrations, ensuring data flows correctly across platforms and resolving any discrepancies
  • Act as a liaison between internal users and external vendors, managing issues, enhancements, and change requests (CRs)
  • Proactively explore and evaluate HR technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to drive process improvements and innovation
  • Participate in HRIS-related projects, system rollouts, and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in HRIS or related functions
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (SF) or data migration
  • Familiarity with key SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Performance & Goals (PMGM), and Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Strong attention to detail, with a high level of discretion, integrity, and maturity in handling confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently and demonstrating initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data handling
  • Strong skills in data analysis and research to support decision-making and reporting
  • Adept at building effective working relationships and communicating with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, administrative staff, and external partners
