About The Job

The shortlisted candidate will report to the Manager and provide administrative support to the department.

What You Will be Doing

Key Responsibilities:

Sustainability & Energy Conservation

• Implement energy efficiency initiatives to reduce environmental impact and operational costs.
• Monitor energy consumption and propose strategies for optimisation.

Sustainability Strategy, Roadmap, and Goals

• Track progress against established sustainability goals and KPIs.

Management of Sustainability Programme, Policies, and Guidelines

• Assist the manager to ensure the enforcement of sustainability policies.
• Develop and implement awareness campaigns to foster a culture of environmental responsibility.

Utilities Management

• Ensure efficient management and monitoring of utility resources.
• Analyse data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Conduct quarterly reporting to GreenGov.

Smart Campus Technologies

• Assist the manager to integrate smart technologies into campus infrastructure.
• Assist the manager to drive digital initiatives for enhanced energy and resource efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Sustainability or a related role.
• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
