What You Will Be Doing

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Programme to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing training programmes for adult learners, engaging industry partners, and conducting academic and/or applied research, with a focus on meeting industry demands. This role involves leading the design, development, and delivery of innovative educational programmes that support workforce development.

Job Requirements

• Doctorate degree holder in business, social sciences, engineering, or a related field
• Strong record of working with industries in the designing of high quality programmes and trainings.
• Experience in leading and managing diverse teams is desirable but not mandatory.
• Capacity to integrate and reinforce the interdisciplinary character of training programmes through collaborative work.
• Demonstrated ability in fostering positive relationships and collaborating effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
