Senior Manager / Assistant Director (1 year contract)

Job Description

The successful candidate will support the Director to manage and drive all assigned projects.

  • Lead and manage the ELT officers to meet the goals of ELT Office
  • Manage the ELT enterprise ecosystem to draw industry and stakeholder supports
  • Achieve objectives, training places and other of the ELT Office
  • Work with faculties, industry practitioners, and associates to support SME growth plan and implementation
  • Organise and conduct workshops to support enterprise peer-to-peer learning
  • Build intermediary resources to support of SME business growth
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder, preferably with Masters or above, and at least 8 years relevant working experience in a senior position
  • Resourceful leader who is able to manage a team
  • Mature, meticulous and possess high level of integrity, with commercial acumen
  • Experience in leading and managing industry partnership and stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
