Job Description

The successful candidate will administer and manage matters pertaining to admission of students, challenge examination (CEX) waiver and credit recognition.

  • To process applications for part-time undergraduate and graduate programmes
  • To send course offers and reserved/rejection notifications
  • To set up system for acceptance of offer
  • To process Installment Payment Plans for course fee payment
  • To process transfers of programme for applicants
  • To follow up on deferred and reserved applicants
  • To compile paid up applicants’ records
  • To maintain accurate and up to date statistics on paid up applicants
  • To co-ordinate the issuance of student cards for newly enrolled students
  • To process Challenge Examination (CEX) waiver and Credit Recognition applications and appeals
  • Co-ordinator role for department events/processes, school, etc.
  • Assist with other tasks, duties as necessary or assigned by Supervisor
  • Assist with University-wide activities as necessary or assigned (e.g. graduation, invigilation, orientation, open house, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holders with minimum 3 years of working experience or Degree holders with 1-2 years of working experience
  • Mature, meticulous and possess a high level of discretion and integrity
  • Able to multi-task effectively and possess project management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
