Job Description
The successful candidate will administer and manage matters pertaining to admission of students, challenge examination (CEX) waiver and credit recognition.
- To process applications for part-time undergraduate and graduate programmes
- To send course offers and reserved/rejection notifications
- To set up system for acceptance of offer
- To process Installment Payment Plans for course fee payment
- To process transfers of programme for applicants
- To follow up on deferred and reserved applicants
- To compile paid up applicants’ records
- To maintain accurate and up to date statistics on paid up applicants
- To co-ordinate the issuance of student cards for newly enrolled students
- To process Challenge Examination (CEX) waiver and Credit Recognition applications and appeals
- Co-ordinator role for department events/processes, school, etc.
- Assist with other tasks, duties as necessary or assigned by Supervisor
- Assist with University-wide activities as necessary or assigned (e.g. graduation, invigilation, orientation, open house, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Diploma holders with minimum 3 years of working experience or Degree holders with 1-2 years of working experience
- Mature, meticulous and possess a high level of discretion and integrity
- Able to multi-task effectively and possess project management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
